At ALIAS in Warrenton, VA, we celebrate the artistry of farm-to-table dining, embracing the seasons with every dish. As we unveil our reopening and rebranding, our commitment to honoring the land, supporting local agriculture, and fostering a welcoming space remains unwavering.
We’re thrilled to introduce Executive Chef Marc Valles, who joined us in December 2024. Bringing influences from Polynesian, Mexican, and Asian cuisines, Marc has transformed ALIAS with his bold, innovative dishes. His career spans Roy’s Restaurants in Oahu, MW Restaurant in Honolulu, and his own venture, Red 5. After settling in Warrenton in 2023, he honed his craft at Whole Ox before bringing his talents to ALIAS
Enhancing our wine experience, we welcome Rigel, a dedicated wine expert who began his journey over a decade ago with a mission to visit every winery in Virginia. His passion has since led him from the Willamette Valley to Tuscany, exploring both hidden gems and world-renowned estates. When Burgundy is out of reach, he turns to cold-climate Australian wines and Loire Valley whites. Rigel holds a WSET Diploma and is pursuing the prestigious Master of Wine designation.
